Valkyr RO aims to provide great satisfaction to our valued players and is dedicated to help the players to maximize their potential skills. The server is updating and upgrading its system to meet the demands of the present, in lieu to this, we acquired advertisements promotions and other marketing strategies to promote the server all over the World. To meet this , we have to pay for its services, and other bills incurred during maintenance. With your help especially in server's financial stability, we could sustain and maximize our servers to its full potential status.
Valkyr RO Donation Policy
1. All the information provided in every transaction made are all kept confidential.
2. All donations made are non-refundable/resellable.
3. The Donation is voluntary basis only, you can still enjoy the full benefits of playing.
4. We intend to observe strictly that its not a pay-to-win server.
5. We only reward the donors to enjoy the customization for helping the server grow.
6. We accept donation in PHP or USD Monetary.
7. We strictly implement that any loss due to hacking/scamming or any negligence on the part of the player will not be our responsibility but we will help to solve the cases to the best of our abilities, remember a donor is also a player, no one is above the law. All must abide the rules of the server.
And as Stated in Our Server Rules & Regulations:
1 - The donation is a way to help the server to stay online, as well as payment of expenses related to the server (hosting, payments for STAFF, domain, banner display in TOPs, hiring any other service that may be necessary to improve the Valkyr RO, etc.);
2 - The player who makes a donation to Valkyr RO, will do this by free will, with the intention to help, without any right on it, the fact of having given will not make you better than any other player in Valkyr RO, all players are the same;
3 - The credit is exclusive for the player account used to acquire and can be transferred at any time through our control panel, misuse of credit will not be reimbursed. We don't chargeback donations nor is there bonus accumulation (except in promotions)
4 - False Donation Report. Punishment: Indefinite Ban.
